CONSENT ITEMS: Overview: It is recommended that the following items be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute all documents necessary for each transaction: THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MAY BE ACTED UPON BY ONE MOTION. NO SEPARATE DISCUSSION OR ACTION ON ANY OF THE ITEMS IS NECESSARY UNLESS DESIRED BY A COUNCILMEMBER, IN WHICH EVENT THE ITEM SHALL BE CONSIDERED IN ITS NORMAL SEQUENCE AFTER THE ITEMS NOT REQUIRING SEPARATE DISCUSSION HAVE BEEN ACTED UPON BY A SINGLE MOTION.

RESOLUTION - INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH NATIONAL COOPERATION PURCHASING ALLIANCE (NCPA): Overview: (Contact: Andrew Freeman, Director of Planning and Development Services) This resolution approves an Interlocal Agreement with the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA). NCPA is a national government purchasing cooperative working to reduce the cost of goods and services by leveraging the purchasing power of public agencies in all 50 states.
B. CONSIDER AWARD - FY 2017-2021 COMMUNITY INVESTMENT PROGRAM - NORTHEAST 24TH PUMP STATION SWITCHGEAR REPLACEMENT: Overview: (Contact: Kyle Schniederjan, Director of Capital Project & Development Engineering) Brown Construction Services -- $2,079,000.00 This item is to consider award of the construction contract for the Northeast 24th Pump Station Switchgear Replacement project by Brown Construction Services.
C. EXECUTIVE SESSON: Overview: City Council may convene in Executive Session to receive reports on or discuss any of the following pending projects or matters:
