CONSENT ITEMS: Overview: It is recommended that the following items be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute all documents necessary for each transaction: THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MAY BE ACTED UPON BY ONE MOTION. NO SEPARATE DISCUSSION OR ACTION ON ANY OF THE ITEMS IS NECESSARY UNLESS DESIRED BY A COUNCILMEMBER, IN WHICH EVENT THE ITEM SHALL BE CONSIDERED IN ITS NORMAL SEQUENCE AFTER THE ITEMS NOT REQUIRING SEPARATE DISCUSSION HAVE BEEN ACTED UPON BY A SINGLE MOTION.

DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION: Overview: (Contact: Laura Storrs, Finance Director) Discussion and consideration of a Resolution authorizing a Secondary Depository Bank Services Contract with Amarillo National Bank for the period beginning October 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, then July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020; the City shall have the option to extend the Contracts for three one-year periods after the original contract term.

B. DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION: Overview: (Contact: Laura Storrs, Finance Director) Discussion and consideration of a Resolution authorizing a Secondary Depository Bank Services Contract with Wells Fargo, N.A. for the period beginning October 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, then July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020; the City shall have the option to extend the Contract for three one-year periods after the original contract term.

C. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Overview: City Council may convene in Executive Session to receive reports on or discuss any of the following pending projects or matters:
