This is the second and final reading of an ordinance rezoning of Lot 11A, Block 1, Sunset Park Addition Unit No. 5, in Section 226, Block 2, AB&M Survey, Potter County, Texas, plus one-half of all bounding streets, alleys, and public ways to change from Planned Development District 315 (PD-315) to Office District 1 (O-1). (Vicinity: Julian Boulevard and South Georgia Street.)

These rules and regulations are in concert with RS&H and Aviation Management Consulting Group (AMCG), and the Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport. This document and the approved Minimum Aeronautical Standards work concurrently with each other. The proposed Rules and Regulations account for existing industry trends and comply with current regulatory standards established by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
D. APPROVAL - MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES STATEMENTS:
Overview: This item approves the City Council's Mission and Responsibilities Statements including the City Council Member Code of Conduct and the Code of Ethics.

Isilon Storage Array and Virtustream Cloud Service -- $125,170.00
Purchase Dell's EMC Isilon storage array to expand data storage capacity for the Police Department.
F. ACCEPTANCE - TEXAS TRAFFIC SAFETY PROGRAM GRANT AGREEMENT - STEP - CLICK IT OR TICKET:

Grant Amount: $10,920.00
This item accepts the Fiscal Year 2018 Texas Traffic Safety Program Grant. The Texas Department of Transportation provides funding to the Amarillo Police Department to focus additional resources to fund patrol and enforcement of speed, occupant protection (seatbelt and child safety seats), distracted driving and Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) offenses.
