D. AWARD - LEASE AND CONCESSION AGREEMENT FOR THE AMARILLO CIVIC CENTER COMPLEX TO CORKSCREW FOODS, LLC:
Overview: This awards a four-year lease agreement with two (2) two-year renewal options to Corkscrew Foods, LLC and further conveys food and beverage concession rights to Corkscrew Foods, LLC.
