1. MINUTES: Overview: Approval of the City Council minutes of the regular meeting held on February 18, 2014.

2. ORDINANCE NO. 7450: Overview: This is the second and final reading of an ordinance vacating a segment of Southeast 12th Avenue between Tee Anchor Boulevard and Seminole Street (Bowie Middle School and Bivins Village Senior Living site). This vacation request is to accommodate the expansion of Bowie Middle School and to provide more appropriate access to the improvements.

3. RESOLUTION - CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION - PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS: Overview: This resolution approves and authorizes the publication of Notice of Intent to Issue $2,260,000 in Certificates of Obligations for the Greenways and Colonies Public Improvement Districts. These monies are to reimburse the applicable developers for public improvements located in the Greenways and Colonies Public Improvement Districts. The debt service on this issuance will be paid from revenue generated through assessments on property owners within these two public improvement districts.

4. CONSENT AGENDA: Overview: It is recommended that the following items be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute all documents necessary for each transaction:
