6. RESOLUTION - PUBLIC HEARING: Overview: This resolution conducts a public hearing on and considers ordering the removal of a substandard structure located at1309 South Lincoln Street (aka 1311 South Lincoln Street). This item was tabled on November 17, 2015.

7. RESOLUTION - POTTER-RANDALL COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARDS OF DIRECTORS: Overview: This resolution casts the City of Amarillo's votes for the Potter and Randall County Appraisal District Boards of Directors.

8. CONSENT AGENDA: Overview: It is recommended that the following items be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute all documents necessary for each transaction:

A. Approval - Professional Services Agreement - Addendum #2 Engineering Services 24th Street Water Main Project:
HDR Engineering Inc.
Overview: This item approves an addendum (#2) to a June 26, 2012 Agreement for Engineering Services associated with the design of the extension of the Potter County Well Field transmission main from the NE24th Street pump station to the Osage Water Treatment Plant. This addendum provides for the continuation of services by HDR, Inc. at a cost not to exceed $50,706.

B. Sale - Properties:
