6. CONSENT AGENDA: Overview: It is recommended that the following items be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute all documents necessary for each transaction:
A. Award - Hillside Road Storm Sewer Project:
Award to low responsive bidder - Williams Ditching, LLC -- $766,307.38
Overview: This item awards a contract to install approximately 3,400 linear feet of new storm sewer line in Hillside Road beginning west of Soncy Road and extending towards Helium Road. This project will support continued new development in this area and will also accommodate future growth. Funding for this project is available in the approved Capital Improvement Program budget and Drainage Utility E&I account.

1. MINUTES: Overview: Approval of the City Council minutes of the joint and regular meetings held on October 27, 2015.
2. ORDINANCE NO. 7560: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance transferring the current Office of Fire Marshal, City Department #1930 to the Development Services Group as headed by the Assistant City Manager for Development Services. The City Fire Marshal shall be at the rank of Department Head and report directly to the Assistant City Manager for Development Services. This item was tabled on October 13, 2015.
3. ORDINANCE NO. 7565: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance rezoning a portion of Lot 16, Block 1, Pleasant Valley Unit No. 3, Section 159, Block 2, AB&M Survey, Potter County, changing from Residential 1 to Residential 1 with a Specific Use Permit for placement of a carport within the front yard, in the vicinity of Slope Drive and Central Avenue. It is recommended for approval by a 5:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
4. ORDINANCE NO. 7566: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance rezoning 23.71 acres of land to change from General Retail District and Agricultural District to Light Commercial District, 14.55 acres of land to change from General Retail District and Agricultural District to Moderate Density District, and a 39.81 acre tract of land to change from Agricultural District to Residential District 2, all in Section 64, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Soncy Road/Loop 335 and Hillside Road. It is recommended for approval by a 5:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
5. ORDINANCE NO. 7567: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance renaming Crestwood Way to Hollee Spears Way in Section 24, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Potter County, in the vicinity of Tascosa Road and Crestwood Way. This is recommended for approval by a 5:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
7. PRESENTATION: Amarillo 101 VII Graduation and Recognition.
