1. MINUTES: Overview: Approval of the City Council minutes of the regular meeting held on February 24, 2015.

2. ORDINANCE NO. 7507: Overview: This is the second and final reading of an ordinance amending the Amarillo Municipal Code, Chapter 4-6, Articles I and II to make comprehensive revisions to the platting and development procedures and regulations. This ordinance revises the City's development review process to address subdivision plans, construction plans, and final plats to enhance the process yielding increased predictability, transparency and consistency.

3. ORDINANCE NO. 7508: Overview: This is the second and final reading of an ordinance amending the Amarillo Municipal Code, Chapter 4-10, Article V, Division 5 Adding Sections 4-10-226 to 4-10-229 to add site plan procedures and regulations. This ordinance revises the City's development review process to address site plans as a component of the effort to enhance the process yielding increased predictability, transparency and consistency.

4. ORDINANCE NO. 7509: Overview: This is the second and final reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 4-3, General Building and Construction Standards, of the Amarillo Municipal Code by adopting the 2015 Edition of the International Residential Code.

5. ORDINANCE NO. 7510: Overview: This is the second and final reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 4-3, General Building and Construction Standards, of the Amarillo Municipal Code to adopt the 2015 Edition of the International Energy Conservation Code.

6. ORDINANCE NO. 7511: Overview: This is the second and final reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 4-3, General Building and Construction Standards, of the Amarillo Municipal Code by adopting the 2015 Edition of the International Mechanical Code.

7. ORDINANCE NO. 7512: Overview: This is the second and final reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 4-3, General Building and Construction Standards, of the Amarillo Municipal Code by adopting the 2015 Edition of the International Fuel Gas Code.

8. ORDINANCE NO. 7513: Overview: This is the second and final reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 4-3, General Building and Construction Standards, of the Amarillo Municipal Code by adopting the 2015 Edition of the International Existing Building Code.

9. ORDINANCE NO. 7514: Overview: This is the second and final reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 4-4, Electricity, of the Amarillo Municipal Code by adopting the 2014 National Electrical Code. This code is the most current national standard for all electrical installations.

10. ORDINANCE NO. 7515: Overview: This is the second and final reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 4-5, Plumbing, of the Amarillo Municipal Code by adopting the 2015 Edition of the International Plumbing Code.

11. ORDINANCE NO. 7516: Overview: This is the second and final reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 4-5, of the Amarillo Municipal Code by adopting the 2015 Edition of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code.

12. ORDINANCE NO. 7517: Overview: This is the second and final reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 4-3, General Building and Construction Standards, of the Amarillo Municipal Code to adopt the 2015 Edition of the International Building Code. The Building Code is the primary standard for the construction of multi-family housing and commercial buildings in Amarillo.
