1. MINUTES: Overview: Approval of the City Council minutes of the regular meeting held on October 28, 2014.

2. ORDINANCE NO. 7497: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of Lot 10, Block 9, Lawrence Park Addition Unit No. 4, Block 2, AB&M Survey, Potter County, from Multiple Family District 1 to Office District 2, in the vicinity of Southwest 27th Avenue and Kentucky Street. This is recommended for approval by a 6:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

3. ORDINANCE NO. 7496: Overview: This is the second and final reading of an ordinance to consider a Developer Participation Agreement with PEGA Development LLC to oversize the Hillside Road Storm Sewer related to the anticipated future development between Nancy Ellen Drive and Helium Road.

4. APPOINTMENTS - BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS: Overview: Appointment is needed for the following board:

Amarillo Local Government Corporation (3 year terms)
03/22/2011 Gary Pitner 09/30/2015 (resigned)

5. RESOLUTION -- CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER CERTAIN CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN CONSTITUTE A PUBLIC NUISANCE AT THE LOCATION STATED: Overview: This resolution sets the date and time for a public hearing on December 9, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. to determine if the property at 810 North Arapahoe Street, constitutes a public nuisance and thereby declared as a dangerous structure. A copy of this resolution will be mailed to all interested parties providing ten (10) days notice of public hearing.

6. CONSENT AGENDA: Overview: It is recommended that the following items be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute all documents necessary for each transaction:
