1. MINUTES: Overview: Approval of the City Council minutes of the regular meeting held on January 28, 2014.

2. ORDINANCE NO. 7446: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of Lots 4 and 6, Block 3, Amended South Side Acres Unit No. 12, in Section 230, Block 2, AB&M Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Danny Street and Southwest 58th Avenue from Agricultural District to Multiple Family District 1 for multiple family dwellings (apartments). This is recommended for approval by a 4:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

3. ORDINANCE NO. 7447: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of Lot 2A from Agriclutrual District to Multiple Family District 1 and Lots 1A and 3 from Agricultural District to General Retail District all in Block 1, Heritage Hills Unit No. 1, Section 65, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Soncy Road/Loop Highway 335 and Arden Road for multi-family and retail development. This is recommended for approval by a 4:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

4. ORDINANCE NO. 7448: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of 12.42 acre tract and a 23.00 acre tract of unplatted land in Section 65, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Arden Road and Soncy Road/Loop Highway 335 and Arden Road from Agricultural District to Moderate Density District and Residential District 2, respectively. This is recommended for approval by a 4:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

5. ORDINANCE NO. 7449: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance annexing a 17.50+ acres of land in Section 61, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Potter County, Texas in the vicinity of I-40 and Soncy Road/Loop 335. This was approved by a 4:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

6. CONSENT AGENDA: Overview: It is recommended that the following items be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute all documents necessary for each transaction:

A. Approval -- Brush Chip Site Lease Agreement:
Lessor: P Dub Land Holdings, Ltd.
Terms and Conditions as noted
Overview: This is the approval of a Lease Agreement for a 4.9815 acre tract of land located on Hollywood Road. This location will be used as a City public brush collection, wood chipping and chip storage site. The Lessor is providing this year-to-year lease to the City at no cost.

B. Approval - Lease Agreement:
Lessee: Amarillo National Bank
Lessor: City of Amarillo
Terms: Terms and conditions as noted
Overview: This item is the approval of a lease agreement between the City of Amarillo and Amarillo National Bank for Lots 1 and 2, Block 80, Plemons Addition, located at 601 South Taylor Street, Amarillo, Potter County. This site will be developed as a public park.
