1. MINUTES: Overview: Approval of the City Council minutes of the regular meeting held on November 26, 2013.

2. ORDINANCE NO. 7440: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing of a portion of Lots 1 and 2, Block 30, Tradewind Air Park Unit No. 8, in Section 153, Block 2, AB&M Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Williams Street and Southeast 42nd Avenue from Agricultural District to Residential District 3 and Moderate Density District. This item was tabled at the November 19, City Council meeting. This is recommended for approval by a 7:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

3. ORDINANCE NO. 7441: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing of a 7.23 and a 37.90 acre tracts of unplatted land in Section 40, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Hillside Road and Soncy Road from Agricultural District to Residential District 3 and Residential District 1, respectively. This is recommended for approval by a 6:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

4. RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER CERTAIN CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN CONSTITUTE PUBLIC NUISANCE AT THE LOCATION STATED: Overview: This resolution sets the date and time for a public hearing on January 7, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. to determine if the property at 6696 River Road constitute public nuisances and thereby declared as dangerous structures. A copy of this resolution will be mailed to all interested parties providing ten (10) days notice of public hearing.

5. CONSENT AGENDA: It is recommended that the following items be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute all documents necessary for each transaction:
