1. MINUTES: Overview: Approval of the City Commission minutes of the regular meeting held on March 5, 2013.

2. ORDINANCE NO. 7394: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of Lot 1, Block 1, Ojeda's Little Acre Unit No. 1, in Section 173, Block 2, AB&M Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Tradewind Street and Southeast 46th Avenue from Agricultural District to Agricultural District with a specific use permit for a placement of a Type A manufactured home.

3. RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER CERTAIN CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN CONSTITUTE A PUBLIC NUISANCE AT THE LOCATIONS STATED: Overview: This resolution sets the date and time for a public hearing to determine if these property constitutes a public nuisance and thereby declared as dangerous structures. A copy of this resolution will be mailed to all interested parties providing ten (10) days notice of public hearing.

4. RESOLUTION - PUBLIC HEARING: Overview: This resolution conducts a public hearing on and considers ordering the removal of a substandard structure located at 103 North Washington Street.

5. CONSENT AGENDA: Overview: It is recommended that the following items be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute all documents necessary for each transaction:

A. Purchase - Street Steel:
Award to low responsive bidder: Kloeckner/Lake Steel -- $93,409.60
Overview: This item approves the purchase of sheet steel used by the Solid Waste Department to repair trash containers. The proposed purchases if for 1,580 4x8 foot sheets of steel. Funding for this purchase is in the approved FY 2012-13 Solid Waste Collection Department operating budget. The bid price reflects a 15% decrease from the purchase price in January 2012.
