1. MINUTES: Overview: Approval of the City Commission minutes of the regular meeting held on March 12, 2013.
2. ORDINANCE NO. 7396: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of Lot 20, Block 3, South Park Unit No. 31, in Section 30, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Bell Street and Hyde Parkway from Planned Development District 269 to Amended Planned Development District for expansion of existing office complex. This is recommended for approval by a 5:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
3. ORDINANCE NO. 7397: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of a 6.57 and a 26.53 acre tract of unplatted land in Section 39, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Pineridge Drive and Glenwood Drive from Agricultural District and Moderate Density District to Residential District 3 and Residential District 1, respectively. This is recommended for approval by a 5:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
4. ORDINANCE NO. 7398: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of a 24.95 acre tract of unplatted land in Section 64, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Ellen Hope Street and Perry Avenue from Agricultural District to Residential District 2. This is recommended for approval by a 5:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
5. CONSENT AGENDA: Overview: It is recommended that the following items be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute all documents necessary for each transaction:
