1. MINUTES: Overview: Approval of the City Commission minutes of the regular meeting held on April 23, 2013.

2. ORDINANCE NO. 7405: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of a 35.02 acre tract of unplatted land in Section 231, Block 2, AB&M Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Farmers Avenue and City View Drive from Agricultural District to Residential District 2. This is recommended for approval by a 6:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

3. ORDINANCE NO. 7404: Overview: This is the second and final reading of an ordinance amending the Amarillo Municipal Code, Chapter 2-8, Article IV, Section 2-8-113, to increase the warrant fee from $25.00 to $50.00. This amendment updates the ordinance to match the approved FY 2012/2013 Municipal budget.

4. RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER CERTAIN CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN CONSTITUTE A PUBLIC NUISANCE AT THE LOCATION STATED: Overview: This resolution sets the date and time for a public hearing to determine if this property constitutes a public nuisance and thereby declared as dangerous structure. A copy of this resolution will be mailed to all interested parties providing ten (10) days notice of public hearing.

5. RESOLUTION - PUBLIC HEARING: Overview: This resolution conducts a public hearing on and considers ordering the removal of a substandard structure located at 308 North Lincoln Street.

6. PUBLIC HEARING - PROPOSED ANNEXATION: Overview: This is to conduct a public hearing on the proposed annexation of a 2.48-acre tract of land in the vicinity of Georgia Street and Farmers Avenue. The first reading of the ordinance authorizing the annexation proceedings will be held on June 4, 2013. This was approved by a 6:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

7. CONSENT AGENDA: Overview: It is recommended that the following item be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute all documents necessary for each transaction:

A. Approval - 2013 Summer Food Service Program and Food Service Contract with Amarillo Independent School District:
Texas Department of Agriculture
Overview: This item approves the grant application for the 2013 Summer Food Service Program from the Texas Department of Agriculture. The proposed program will serve lunches to 4,534 children at 60 sites from June 10 through August 9, 2013. The sites include 17 parks, 41 summer schools, and 2 neighborhood centers. The food will be prepared and delivered daily by the Amarillo Independent School District. This item also approves the contract with Amarillo Independent School District. The grant will reimburse for the costs of the program based on a price of $2.66 per meal and $0.73 per snack. The City will be reimbursed for operating and administrative costs.

B. Approval - Aviation Clear Zone Easements: Overview: 2) Aviation Clear Zone Easement being 5,200 feet MSL above the plat of City View Estates Unit No. 12, in Section 231, Block 2, AB&M Survey, Randall County, from Matt Griffith.
