1. MINUTES: Overview: Approval of the City Commission minutes of the regular meeting held on January 15, 2013.

2. ORDINANCE NO. 7388: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of two lots in the vicinity of Airport Boulevard and Tiltrotor Drive from Agricultural District to Planned Development District for the expansion of existing Bell Helicopter/Textron Company operations. This is recommended for approval by a 6:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

3. ORDINANCE NO. 7389: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of a lot in the vicinity of Glenoak Lane and Bell Street from Light Commercial District to Heavy Commercial District. This is recommended for approval by a 6:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

4. ORDINANCE NO. 7390: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance vacating and abandoning a 2.58 acre drainage easement in Section 39, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Coulter Street and South Bend Road. This is recommended for approval by a 6:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

5. ORDINANCE NO. 7391: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance renaming Stapleton Street to Pro Tech Drive. This is recommended for approval by a 6:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

6. RESOLUTION - PUBLIC HEARING: This resolution conducts a public hearing on and considers ordering the removal of a substandard structure located at 1410 S. Lincoln Street.

7. CONSENT AGENDA: Overview: It is recommended that the following items be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute all documents necessary for each transaction:

A. Award - Water Distribution Improvements Replacement of Water Main: Award: Roberts Ditching LLC - $239,337.00
Overview: This item awards a construction contract for the installation of six (6) inch water mains in various locations in the South Lawn area. The project will replace deteriorated and undersized two (2) inch mains. The contract award is 2.3% less than the estimate. Funding for this project is available from the FY 2012-13 Capital Improvements Project for water main replacements.
