1. MINUTES: Overview: Approval of the City Commission minutes of the regular meeting held on August 7, 2012.

2. RESOLUTION - CREATION AND APPOINTMENT OF THE CITIZEN ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC TRAFFIC SIGNAL ENFORCEMENT SYSTEMS: Overview: This resolution creates and appoints members to a citizen advisory committee for the photographic traffic signal enforcement system as required by state law. The Photographic Traffic Signal Enforcement Citizen Advisory Committee must consist of one member appointed by each member of the City Commission. The Citizen Advisory Committee will review traffic engineering studies and advise the City Commission on the installation and operation of the photographic traffic signal enforcement system.

3. PUBLIC HEARING - DISCUSS AND CONSIDER PROPOSED TAX RATE: Overview: This item is to discuss and consider the proposed tax rate for maintenance and operation and debt service for the proposed 2012/2013 City of Amarillo fiscal budget.

4. APPOINTMENTS - BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS: Appointments are needed for the following board:
