1. MINUTES: Overview: Approval of the City Commission minutes of the regular meeting held on April 10, 2012.

2. ORDINANCE NO. 7326: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of a 8.32 acre tract of unplatted land in Section 39, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Bayswater Road and Greenways Drive, to change from Agricultural District to Residential District 1 for single-family detached home development. This is recommended for approval by a 6:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

3. ORDINANCE NO. 7327: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of a 2.91 acre tract of unplatted land in Section 39, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Bayswater Road and Greenways Drive, to change from Agricultural District to Residential District 3 for single-family detached home development. This is recommended for approval by a 6:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

4. ORDINANCE NO. 7328: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance annexing 653+ acres of land in Sections 62, 63 and 74, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Randall County. This is recommended for approval by a 6:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

5. ORDINANCE NO. 7329: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance amending the Amarillo Municipal Code, Chapter 10-3, Article II, to add Section 10-3-17 declaring graffiti to be a nuisance, requiring the removal thereof, declaring an offense by a parent or guardian of a minor, regulating possession of aerosol paint by minors, and providing for enforcement. This is recommended for approval by the Anti-Graffiti Committee.

6. CONSENT AGENDA: Overview: It is recommended that the following items be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute all documents necessary for each transaction:
