2. RESOLUTION - 2011 GOALS FOR CITY OF AMARILLO DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) PROGRAM: Overview:This resolution approves the 2011 fiscal year changes to the City's existing Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. The City is required to adopt and participate in an annual DBE Program since it accepts U. S. Department of Transportation grant funding.

3. APPOINTMENTS - BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS Appointment is needed for the following board and commission:
Overview:Construction Advisory and Appeals Board (3 year terms)

(master electrician rep.)
(resigned)

4. CONSENT AGENDA: Overview: It is recommended that the following items be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to execute all documents necessary for each transaction:
