ORDINANCE NO. 7301: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of Lot 9, Beverly Gardens Unit No. 2 in Section 158, Block 2, AB&M Survey, Potter County, in the vicinity of Mirror Street and Bernard Avenue, from Residential District 1 to Residential District 1 with a specific use permit for placement of a Type A Manufactured Home. This is recommended for approval by a 7:0 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

ORDINANCE NO. 7302: Overview: This is the first reading of an ordinance changing the zoning of a 4,000 square foot tract of land at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 27, Puckett Place Unit No. 16, in Section 28, Block 9, BS&F Survey, Randall County, in the vicinity of Southwest 34th Avenue and Bell Street, from General Retail District to Planned Development District for a light automotive repair shop. This is recommended for approval by a 6:0:1 vote of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

4. RESOLUTION - POTTER-RANDALL COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS: Overview:This resolution casts the City of Amarillo's votes for the Potter and Randall County Appraisal District Boards of Directors.

5. APPOINTMENTS - BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS Overview: Appointments are needed for the following boards and commissions: Construction Advisory and Appeals Board (3 year terms)
